No. Curb is built privacy-first. Location is fully optional. You can browse, order, and pick up without sharing it. Sharing it just unlocks live ETA precision.
Yes, risk-free before the merchant accepts. After acceptance, contact support and we'll do our best to resolve it without charging you.
Curb uses Apple Pay and 3DS-verified card payments. Your card details never touch our servers; they're tokenized end-to-end.
Average prep time is 6–9 minutes. The app gives you a live ETA the moment you place the order, updated in real time.
Items can be added before merchant acceptance. After that, you'll need to cancel and reorder, or contact support.
